Windows XP Support Ends
April 8, 2014 marks the official retirement of Windows XP and Office 2003. This means support for these decade-old platforms, including security updates, will end. As a Microsoft Certified Partner, we encourage you to take action in the near future to update your desktop platform, so you can avoid disruptions to your Practice’s operations.
What does end of support mean to me?
It means that after April 8, 2014, there will be no new security updates, non-security hotfixes, free or paid assisted support options or online technical content updates. Running Windows XP and Office 2003 in your Practice after their end of support date may expose your company to potential risks and support issues from independent software vendors.
What are my options?
There are several options available. From upgrading your current software to Windows 7 / Windows 8 or you can update your computer systems to a newer version.
