Our Remote Support Plan is designed to provide you with faster support response times, proactive maintenance, data protection, regulatory compliance and to reduce your overall IT costs. This service includes the following:

 

Remote Support

When you have an IT issue, you simply phone or email us and we will login remotely to solve the problem. You can choose to give us access each time using a code or grant us unattended access, were we login remotely without you needing to do anything. 80% of IT issues can be solved remotely so this greatly reduces IT costs.

 

Phone & Email Support

For any quick IT questions that arise, you can contact us via phone or email and we will answer your questions. If it’s a problem we cannot solve, we will login remotely.

 

Update Management

Unsure of what updates you should be installing? Not installing the correct updates can leave your computer open to serious virus and malware attacks. Update Management is included in this service. Each month we install the latest updates and patches to protect your system.

 

Proactive Maintenance

This service includes enterprise-level remote access and end-point tuning software that protects your computer and maintains performance.

 

GDPR Compliance

With the introduction of the new EU General Data Protection Regulation, we will oversee the implementation of new technical requirements. Also, if you sign up before the 31st July you will receive a free subscription to our Secure Email Encryption service (a requirement of GDPR).

 

Priority IT Support

Our remote support customers receive access to our direct ticketing system and priority IT support.

 

 

Optional Add-ons

Our optional add-ons are services that can be attached to your Remote Support Plan and are charged at a reduced rate.

Secure Email Encryption – €7 per month

Email encryption is required under new EU Data Protection regulation. Secure Email automatically encrypts your emails and attachments. It also gives you better email control, enables you to send large files up to 5GB and send e-signature documents for signing. Please note, if you signup before the 31st May you will receive this service free for the duration of your plan.

Managed Online Backup – from €5 per month

Online Backup is the most reliable and safest off-site backup option available. When using your computer, after five minutes on inactivity the latest changes you have made are backed up. Online Backup is also protecting your data against Ransomware attacks. Click here for more information.

Professional Endpoint Security – €4 per month

Enterprise-level Anti-virus, Anti-Malware, Online Banking Protection and Firewall Security, monitored and maintained.

Office 365 – €10 per month

Office 365 is Microsoft’s new subscription service. It allows you to install the latest version of Office (2016) on up to 5 PC’s or Mac’s of your choice for a low monthly fee. You also get 5 Office licenses for tablet or smartphone use and 1TB of online storage for file sharing. This is exceptional value if you use more than one computer.

Plan Details

  • Support times are 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
  • Onsite support is not included and will be charged at a reduced rate if required.
  • Support includes Windows (7, 8, 10), Mac OS X, Microsoft Office (PC & Mac), Digital Dictation plus all our subscription services.
  • This service is charged monthly and can be cancelled at any time without penalty.
  • Payment can be made by credit / debit card, monthly standing order or yearly invoice.
